Fish fabrication
Stock production
Some sauce production
Supervising prep production
Supervising family meal production
Supervising inventory organization and rotation
While the schedule for this position is approximately 8:00 am-4:00 pm, some flexibility is necessary during peak business times.
Qualified candidates will have strong knife and prep skills, culinary leadership experience and a strong work ethic.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
