Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and offer a proper thank you upon departure Responsible for taking reservations, confirming reservations and receiving to-go orders Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times when appropriate Escort and seat guests in the dining or bar area depending on preference Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining area, and relay messages to support staff and managers as needed Use visual and verbal communication with guests inside the restaurant and over the phone Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff Work with serving staff to tend to guests' needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, as needed All other duties as assigned What are some

Minimum 16 years of age.

Must be highly organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
