We are looking for an enthusiastic highly organized individual with strong attention to detail with an outgoing personality to join our team and showcase the nation's oldest commercial tea farm.
The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring financial accuracy, coordinating events, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining efficient office processes.
Proficiency in accounting, file management, proofreading, order entry, event planning, customer support, transcription, and Microsoft Office is essential for success in this role.
Job Description is as follows:
SUMMARY The Business Operations Coordinator has direct responsibilities for all inventories, procurement functions, financial and warehouse operations.
This position assists the General Manager and the Gift Shop Manager with the daily operations of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Back Office responsibilities Inventory- Manage inventory for Website, Wholesale, and Gift Shop (as it applies to tea) Wholesale- Order entry of wholesale orders, Invoicing and processing of payments, Processing of monthly statements/AR, Generate and distribute reports to assigned team members and administrators as required.
Interface with Sales Representative on a regular basis.
Amazon - Order entry of Amazon orders Phone Orders -Process new phone orders as needed.
Warehouse -Coordinate with Warehouse Lead daily operations.
Financials- Ensure the timely and accurate handling of daily bank deposits.
Cash Management - Assist Gift Shop Manager with overall cash management for CTG Gift Shop HR/ Payroll Back up Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; one to two years bookkeeping and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
